This is an example of our tooling. We build all tooling in house specialy designed for our molding machines giving us the ability to keep the costs down. We utilize MUD quickchange frames.
Turn around: Generally speaking our normal turn around is 1-3weeks.
Pricing: We have established a base price for the three sizes of molds that we use.
0405 base = 5x6 inch face with a 3 1/2" wide x 5" inch ejector area = $1800.00
0809 base = 8x10 inch face with a 4” wide x 9" inch ejector area= $2800.00
1111 base= 11x11 inch face with a 6” wide x 10" inch ejector area= $3500.00
These prices include the mold bases, ejector plates, ejector pins, machining the cavities for single plane parts and samples in most cases. The price sometimes vary if outside sources are required for some operations or if core pulls or insert molding is required.
In any case, a formal quote will be given upon review of the part. Per part pricing depends on the type of material, number of cavities, cycle time, type of gates etc. and will be figured upon review of the part.
