Simply fill the tube with liquid to the corresponding pounds of meat marked on the tube and add the correct amount
of cure and seasoning with the 4 way measuring spoon, which also acts as a stopper for the tube, and shake to perfectly
blend your mix. Faster, cleaner and mixes better than a measuring cup. Will blend enough mixture to fix up to 4
