Injection molding machines: 7
All machines are Arburg brand with quick change frames and vertical adapters for injection on parting line. There are (2) 28 ton; (2)40 ton; (1) 77 ton; (2) 88 ton machines.

Volumes vary from machine to machine depending on material, design of the tooling, and screw size. Molds are built using a Tree 325 vertical mill and lathe. Design and programming is all done with MasterCam Cad/Cam software.
