This fun item lets you make your own mock Bar-B-Q rib sandwiches from lean ground pork or beef. Simply place the mold on a piece of waxed paper and place a meat ball in the center. Using a rolling pin or flat drinking glass, roll the meat ball out flat and lightly shake the mold to remove the meat. Make some ahead and freeze for a quick future meal. Bake, broil or charcoal.
